  Wraps with Speck Alto Adige PGI



2 tortillas
200 g Speck Alto Adige PGI, finely sliced 
100 g flaked parmesan 
4 lettuce leaves
4 tsps. green pesto 
1 grated carrot
4 sliced radishes
A little cress
 

Preparation

Warm the tortillas in a frying pan or microwave, spread with pesto, add a layer of lettuce and radishes followed by the grated carrot and cress, and top with the Speck Alto Adige PGI and parmesan. 
Roll up from one side, folding in both outer edges as you wrap. Cut into 2 or 3 slices before serving.
